Master’s Readmission Application
Program Interest Form
Students who were previously admitted to the Master of Science in Veterinary Forensic Sciences and have not enrolled for two consecutive terms (including summer terms) must apply for readmission before resuming coursework.
Certificate Students: If you have not enrolled for two consecutive terms or more, submit a new certificate application rather than a readmission application.
If you are unsure whether you need to apply for readmission or submit a new application, please contact us.
Master’s Readmission Application
In order to resume coursework, you will need to apply for readmission through the Graduate Application. Readmission is not guaranteed and can only be granted if the student is in good standing.
